Thanks for the pattern! It’s so cute!
Hi! I am relatively new to knitting. I like this pattern because I can finish it quickly. Add a baby hat and a gift is done! I have a question about the increases. I know how to M1, but I question the part of your directions that says “Knit until there is one stitch left on the left needle.” If I’m using DPNs, there is no ‘left needle’. Should I do the second M1 in the middle of the round — so the increases are opposite each other? I would think if I knit all the way around and did the second M1 at the end of the round, it would be too close to the first one and the mitten would have an odd shape. Am I right?
I’m new at the knitting, what does M1L mean
What does M1L mean?
