Week 22! What?! I am way more than half way through this pregnancy and I can’t believe it.
We found out at 20 weeks that we are having a BOY! Baby Ryder is right on schedule with his due date and we only have approximately 4 months left until we get to meet him.

My baby shower is in 2 weeks and I am looking forward to spending some time with friends and family and of course seeing all of the goodies I get to bring home for Ryder and for me and my husband. So far I have been shopping a few sales at Gap and Old Navy, but have limited myself for now until I see what I receive as gifts!
Weeks 19-22 Pregnancy Symptoms:
-I have gained 2 lbs since my 17 week prenatal appointment which means I have gained a total of 4 lbs. It feels like SO much more. Even my underwear are tight, but I blame that on carrying so low. It gets in the way of all bottoms, whether it’s underwear or even sweatpants.
-I don’t have cravings. I do, however, have quite the sweet tooth! I am REALLY looking forward to cherry cheesecake at Thanksgiving dinner next week. Everything in moderation, right? I am just usually really indecisive when it comes to meal time.
-My appetite is enormous, again…everything in moderation and I try to fill up on water.
-Skin is still SO incredibly soft.
-No stretch marks yet. Fingers crossed they stay away, but if they do show up towards the end, no biggie. Still doubling up on lotion after showers to keep the itchiness away.
-Headaches! I get a stubborn headache probably 4 times a week. And we all know Tylenol is useless.
-Baby boy is kicking like CRAZY. He’ll kick one side of my belly and it will move the opposite side of my belly. He loves to punch my bladder and tends to curl up in the smallest crevices he can find in my uterus. Leaves me a bit uncomfortable but it normally doesn’t last too long.
Other than that there isn’t much to report! I feel pretty great, with the exception of the headaches. My belly is growing so fast! It is incredibly fun and neat to watch.
